IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Create, execute, plan, and initiate IT projects as deliverables, finalize project architecture and stages. Analyze and recommend changes in project policies, procedures, standards and strategies. Confer with partners, IT leads, and program teams to identify program interdependencies, overlap, and reuse opportunities. Patriciate in backlog refinement, translate business needs into requirements, research alternative solutions, define scope of issues and processes, evaluate systems design, assess functionality and dependability, ensure acceptance test criteria provided, execute testing for QA, produce system feature design documentation and user materials. Develop technical application architecture, platforms, UX/UI, prototypes, system flow diagrams, proof of concepts. Analyze data and perform data modeling, data process pipelines, schema, catalogs, structures for data integration, transformation. Enable AI to create data trends, fine tune end-to-end data mapping, assess risk, monitor performance, write API contracts. Analyze business, create FRS and SRS documents. Write stories, plan sprint meetings, incorporate technical upgrades, UAT sign off, finalize DevOps strategies, provide production support, move production issues, review advisory and notifications, send advisory closures. Satisfy client/user needs, and formulate automated test plans. Use Agile, Java, Selenium, Jira, Kanban, Python, AWS, Webservices, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, SQL, Swagger, Salesforce, Insomnia, Postman, Tableau, PowerBI, Angular. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of reviewing requirements; executing testing for QA; developing application, platforms; analyzing data and business; proving production support; performing test automation; using Java, Selenium, Python, AWS, SQL, Salesforce. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $142,086-$142,100 /yr.
