User Experience Content Writer
Remote - Canada
Short term (2 month contract)
In this role, you will craft engaging, user-friendly content for patient-facing digital products. Your responsibilities include:
- Writing microcopy for buttons, error messages, and other interface elements.
- Collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure content meets user needs and aligns with business objectives.
- Editing and refining existing content to enhance readability and usability.
- Developing content standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across platforms.
This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional writing and editing skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
