Job Description:
Role: Martech - Project Manager (Digital Marketing)
Location: New York City, NY(Onsite)
Responsibilities
  • Lead Campaign Management/ESP platform selection, architecture, and implementation.
  • Provide strategic guidance on building enterprise-wide modern Campaign Management technology architecture and roadmap (AI/ML personalization engines, attribution approaches, identity resolution, ESP/SMS, loyalty, campaign management).
  • Drive the implementation phase once the Email & SMS platform is selected.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to define strategy.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to align dependent strategies with the broader enterprise-wide MarTech strategy for maximum impact.
  • Design and oversee data-driven customer journey orchestration strategies and campaigns.
  • Translate business and marketing expectations into strategies, capabilities, and business justification (value, TCO, impact).
  • Ensure marketing efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
  • Serve as a platform expert in at least 2+ ESP technology platform stacks.
  • Lead RFP process for selecting Campaign Management platforms.
  • Provide in-depth understanding of integrations needed to implement Campaign Management platforms in a D2C organization.
