Windows Debugging Specialist - Systems Analyst

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Windows Debugging Specialist - Systems Analyst

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of verified experience in deskside or IT support roles.
• Proven experience in Windows OS troubleshooting and debugging (Windows 10/11).
• Strong understanding of hardware components, peripherals, and basic networking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT preferred).
• Advanced Windows debugging using tools like WinDbg, Event Viewer, and Performance Monitor.
• Strong understanding of the Windows Registry, including structure, key paths, and safe editing for troubleshooting and configuration.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and document findings clearly.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management.

Desired Skills:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting remote users and using remote desktop tools (e.g., SCCM, RDP, TeamViewer).
• Exposure to macOS or Linux environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale deployments.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Perform advanced Windows debugging and resolve complex OS-level issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures.
• Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
