RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an End Integrations Analyst-Tech Delivery Manager in Greenwood Village, CO.

Overview:
This team is responsible for advancing website authentication and secure identity solutions across the organization, with a strong focus on modern authentication frameworks such as OAuth 2.0. The Back End Integration Analyst is the representative of the backend enablement team's work, dependencies, and future plans to stakeholders within the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on delivery leader with the ability to coach teams, communicate concisely across multiple groups, manage change effectively, and wear multiple hats - acting as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager, and stakeholder liaison as needed. This individual must be comfortable being direct in a positive, motivating way that drives alignment and progress across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project delivery lifecycle for PiNxt initiatives - from intake and planning through execution, deployment, and production support
* Serve as a coach and servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and reinforcing Agile best practices across teams
* Ability to drive clarity between personnel to agree on outcomes desired and the roles/responsibilities and work required to achieve them
* Comfortable escalating to get issues/risks resolved; Able to do so without blaming others

Manage software projects through all phases, from initiation to close:
* Create, maintain, and present project plans, release plans, sprint plans, and schedules
* Plan resource allocation with the technical lead, accounting for PTO or staffing changes
* Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, timelines, and outcomes
* Drive change management efforts, helping teams adapt to evolving requirements and organizational shifts

REQUIREMENTS:
* Background in technical delivery management or experience leading software development departments responsible for accurate requirements gathering through successful software release
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid environments
* Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to be direct, clear, and motivating
* Demonstrated success in change management and driving delivery alignment across multiple teams or departments
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Confident and composed communicator, capable of bridging technical details and business objectives
* Curiosity and willingness to learn technologies related to authentication, identity, and secure digital platforms
* Agile and lean hands-on knowledge experience
* Experience in complex enterprises in order to understand how to deliver IT solutions at scale
* Ability to drive group to a common understanding
* Able to communicate clearly and succinctly, write concisely and accurately
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Able to learn new tech quickly
* Translate technical concepts to non-tech people
* Follow-through: Carries significant weight/importance to carrying through on the promises/commitments made
* Ability to quickly discern gaps, issues, risks, and see missing details in technical requirements and deliverables
* Interested in, and able to, building a high-performing team
* Commitment to onsite collaboration four days per week in the Denver office
* Experience or familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and web authentication workflows is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
