Position Title: Analyst, Enterprise Products

Location: Atlanta, GA, preferred 100% remote is fine

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Analyst, Enterprise Products will support the Digital Asset Management System (DAM) for the purpose of serving online consumers through varied e-commerce and retail channels. This role on the Enterprise Products Team will support a large business Content Supply Chain, in conjunction with growing digital asset needs related to e-commerce and retail business initiatives. The Analyst will support data migrations and adapting business rules and workflows within an enterprise class AEM solution leveraging defined business logic. By supporting the enterprise s AEM solution, this role will work closely with content delivery teams and support numerous integrations such as Adobe Workfront, Adobe Firefly, among other third-party integrations. This position is expected to be Atlanta based with a required office presence of at least 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day support to business stakeholders for supporting digital asset data in the AEM system
  • Support large volumes of asset data migrations and linking of products/digital assets
  • Understands all the functionality implemented and supports any issues found with asset consolidation, enrichment and syndication
  • Adapt and design/develop business rules where needed and support workflows within enterprise class AEM solution
  • Run different data quality reports, understand and reconcile data discrepancies to maintain data quality
  • Periodically monitor all inbound and outbound integrations to ensure that there is no breakage
  • Provide needed support to complete assigned tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM), or similar solutions
  • Knowledge of AEM DAM capabilities, including asset ingestion, metadata management, workflow automation, and asset delivery
  • Strong understanding of DAM best practices, industry standards, and trends
  • Proven team player with ability to work across all workstreams within a collaborative and fast paced environment
  • Possess needed communication skills to train the business users on the system and also enforce the right usage of the system
  • Possess and demonstrate strong logical and critical problem solving skills
  • Should have experience with issue tracking/collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in AEM DAM is preferred
