Lead ServiceNow Security Operations initiatives, including Vulnerability Response, Compliance Configuration, and integration with security tools (Microsoft ATP, Kenna, Qualys).
Conduct feasibility studies and define system requirements for complex data processing and integration projects on the ServiceNow Platform.
Develop solutions for ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Portfolio Management (PPM), Knowledge, CMDB, and Asset Discovery.
Oversee the software development life cycle: requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, and systems administration.
Act as a business-technical consultant, implementing new processes and techniques to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
Serve as the Point of Contact with the Security Team, maintaining the ServiceNow Platform with urgency and adaptability to changing priorities.
Lead offshore teams, ensuring effective communication with onshore teams and the Manager ServiceNow Development Architecture.
Develop ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to deliver business insights.
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow as a Senior Developer, with expertise in ServiceNow Development and Security Operations.
ServiceNow Admin Certified with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security Operations, including Vulnerability Response and Compliance Configuration.
Proven experience developing ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
Extensive experience with security tools integration (e.g., Microsoft ATP, Kenna, Qualys) into the ServiceNow Platform.
Proficiency in web-based development languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML.
SaaS experience and cloud development expertise, with adaptability to learn new concepts quickly.
Required: ServiceNow Certified Developer certification.
Familiarity with web development tools and User Experience (UX) design principles.
Expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations applications, including Vulnerability Response and Compliance Configuration.
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
