Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Incident manager/Principal support consultant WMS Supply chain domain one of its clients in Atlanta, GA (Local only may require in-person client interview)

Job Title: Incident manager/Principal support consultant WMS Supply chain domain

Job Duties

  • Strong understanding in supply chain principles and expertise in Order Management and Warehouse Management.
  • Functional knowledge in end-to-end warehouse systems with an experience Manhattan Associates' Warehouse Systems.
  • Complete understanding of Order Management System , inbound, inventory and outbound in a Warehouse.
  • Strong experience in supporting Client Warehouse system by handling Service tickets raised.
  • Experience in handling Functional/Technical configuration for Warehouse management system.
  • handling daily production incidents, Service tickets & Problem Tickets and providing quick solutions to issues to minimize the impact

on production system.

  • Analyse, finding RCA for recurring production issues and provide possible Fix for the issues.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with business teams to support any changes in WMS application.

Required Skills

  • Must have recent Experience of ServiceNow
  • At least three years' experience working in IT service management, and supply chain domain.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management software including ITIL and COBIT.
  • Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.

Work Site: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 months

Expected Start Date: Immediate
