Title Senior Salesforce Developer
Location Remote
Contract Duration 12+ Months Contract to Hire
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Formal credentials: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, and/or System/Application Architect certifications are highly preferred
- Full-Stack Salesforce Expertise:
- Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and building complex system integrations
- Master of declarative automation tools, with an emphasis on Salesforce Flow
- Salesforce Health Cloud: demonstrable familiarity and project experience with Salesforce Health Cloud data models and capabilities
- Modern Development Practices: experience with Salesforce DX, source control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record of leading development work streams from design through deployment in an agile environment
