Compensation:
Pay Range: $84000K-$12000K
Description:
Acts as a liaison to ensure Healthcare Information System applications function as intended.
Researches and resolves software problems as part of daily operational support.
Works with team members on the design and implementation of new solutions.
Performs training, documentation, and support for assigned applications and databases.
Provides 2nd/3rd level support for unplanned downtime and issues.
Maintains and advances applications through effective implementation of solutions.
Participates in planning, testing, and updating documentation and training on applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a business liaison for assigned departments to uncover and recognize issues.
Train co-workers and aid in the research and implementation of resolutions.
Identify and resolve workflow issues, proposing new workflows to optimize solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex business issues, providing systems solutions.
Provide ongoing maintenance and advancement of applications and reports.
Investigate, test, and solve problems with application software and interfaces.
Participate in project management, process change, and application training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training required.
Minimum 3 years of experience with clinical or financial applications support required.
Strong experience implementing and supporting applications in a health system required.
Software Module Certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
