Job Details
Job Description:
- The Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution, coordination, and delivery of the contract in compliance with the Statement of Work, ensuring alignment with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 106 of theNational Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) .
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government.
- Oversee project performance, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with Section 106, NEPA, and state/federal preservation regulations.
- Provide leadership in problem resolution, stakeholder coordination, and timely deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, History, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience on federal contracts.
- Familiarity with Section 106 process and cultural resource management.
