Job description
As a Genesys CloudCX Chatbot Developer youll be responsible for designing developing and deploying intelligent chatbots on the Genesys CloudCX platform Your expertise will drive personalized and efficient customer interactions enhancing satisfaction and loyalty
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and deploy chatbots using the Genesys CloudCX platform to automate customer interactions across multiple channels
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and design chatbot workflows that meet customer needs
Implement natural language processing NLP capabilities to enable conversational interactions and enhance user experience
Integrate chatbots with backend systems APIs and third-party services to provide seamless end-to-end solutions
Continuously optimize chatbot performance and functionality based on user feedback and analytics insights
Desired Skills and Experience
Solid experience developing chatbots or virtual assistants using the Genesys CloudCX platform or similar technologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Python or Java with experience in chatbot development frameworks
Strong understanding of NLP techniques including intent recognition entity extraction and dialogue management
Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems APIs and databases
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
