Primary Function

This key position supports various business channels, retail, direct to consumer, servicing, and wholesale. Works closely with Product team to define requirements and helps with successful delivery of the roadmap items. Requires minimal supervision and demonstrates ability to operate autonomously. Assists with UAT testing and demo's to business. The position requires that the person has a solid knowledge in BA Deliverables and is proficient in multiple methodologies. This position will certify or work with product to ensure that deliverables have met all business and quality requirements. This position requires the candidate to possess analytical skills to analyze and decompose complex requirements.

Principal Duties

  • Work directly with the business stakeholders and cross functional teams.
  • Interview customers to analyze, clarify and document, business processes and customer requirements.
  • Define and assist resolving business/technical related challenges.
  • Facilitate meetings with business and technical team members to drive towards project completion.
  • Run Agile processes (stand ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint planning).
  • Support projects as they move from initiation to implementation.
  • Develop user acceptance test cases based on the requirements defined and assist with UAT testing and demos.
  • Prepare instructional documentation and update user documentation to reflect new modification.
  • Define and maintain business analyst role-based policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus
  • 5+ years' experience in a business analysis or product owner role in Salesforce environment.
  • Agile experience
