Job Title: Workday Developer
Location: USA
Experience: 6+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Key Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
 Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to gather integration requirements
Develop custom reports and Workday RaaS (Report as a Service) for data extraction
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations and data flows
Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and data privacy best practices
Support Workday updates and test existing integrations after each release
Collaborate with global teams in different time zones
Required Skills:
 Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
 Hands-on knowledge of XSLT, XML, JSON, and Workday Report Writer
 Solid understanding of ISU (Integration System User) and Security Groups
 Experience working with Workday modules like HCM, Payroll, or Finance
Familiarity with Workday s Business Process Framework
 Strong debugging, analytical, and documentation skills
