Overview:
iSphere is actively seeking a Power Platform Analyst for a remote, short-term contract opportunity. This expert-level role focuses on upgrading and supporting the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit while driving innovation through Power BI, Canvas App development, and Co-Pilot Studio. If you're passionate about automation, data visualization, and driving business value through the Microsoft Power Platform, this is a project you ll want to be part of.


What You ll Do:

  • Lead the upgrade and troubleshooting efforts for the Power Platform CoE Toolkit

  • Leverage Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automate repetitive tasks

  • Design, develop, and manage advanced Power BI reports and dashboards

  • Build and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to support various business functions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of Power Platform initiatives

  • Deliver training and documentation to ensure adoption of best practices across teams

  • Ensure robust integration with Azure services and maintain system health across platforms


What We re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform components

  • 8+ years troubleshooting complex technical issues, including log analysis and software debugging

  • 5+ years of expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design

  • 3+ years of experience with Azure services, especially Azure Active Directory and Azure Analytics

  • 3+ years of exposure to Dynamics 365 for Customer Service (highly preferred)

  • Deep understanding of Power Platform CoE Toolkit upgrades and best practices

  • Experience with Power Platform Canvas app development

  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed process documentation

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
