SAP S/4 NJIT & DDMRP Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Expert with deep expertise in SAP NJIT and DDMRP (Demand-Driven Material Requirements Planning) functionalities. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing or Logistics, along with hands-on experience implementing NJIT or DDMRP successfully. This individual will work closely with our consulting partner, internal SAP teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that SAP solutions align with business needs while maintaining seamless system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the consulting partner to ensure the alignment of SAP NJIT and DDMRP functionalities with business goals and requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal SAP teams and external consulting partners, facilitating communication and decision-making.
• Implement and configure SAP Manufacturing or Logistics modules, with a focus on NJIT and DDMRP processes, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that solutions are in line with business needs and that the system operates smoothly without disruptions.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP NJIT and DDMRP best practices, ensuring informed decisions are made throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the solution implemented by the consulting partner aligns with SAP best practices and the business's requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP configurations to confirm that the system works as intended and meets operational objectives.
• Offer recommendations to improve system efficiency and address any challenges or roadblocks that may arise during the implementation process.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP and manufacturing/logistics solutions to provide innovative solutions for the business.
• Additionally, the resource will also support other projects in Manufacturing and Logistics as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Manufacturing or Logistics modules.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP NJIT or DDMRP functionalities in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Demand-Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) principles, processes, and system configuration.
• In-depth understanding of SAP NJIT processes, configuration, and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including consulting partners, internal SAP teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure that system solutions do not disrupt ongoing business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and decision-making across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions.
• Experience in guiding business stakeholders through SAP implementations and providing training or support as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in Manufacturing, Logistics, or relevant modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other newer SAP technologies.
