Title: Salesforce Solutions Designer / Architect

Overview:
NC DHHS is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Designer with enterprise-level design and architecture experience to lead the modernization of legacy systems. The ideal candidate will provide strategic input, oversee integrations, and work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and stakeholders to deliver highly scalable and secure applications.
Responsibilities:
Lead system modernization efforts by transitioning legacy systems to Salesforce
Provide estimates for effort, timeline, and resources for all Salesforce demands
Conduct platform assessments and ensure performance/stability of the Salesforce environment
Oversee enhancements and consult on ongoing development and support
Provide design guidance and mentor admins and developers on best practices
Coordinate integration with tools such as MuleSoft, Copado, and Marketing Cloud
Participate in planning meetings with stakeholders and vendors
Ensure code/configuration adheres to security and performance standards
