Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior IS Workday Training Specialist to join our premier healthcare client in a full-time, direct-hire role.
- We are seeking an experienced Workday training professional with strong communication and teaching skills to design, deliver, and maintain effective learning programs.
- This role will ensure employees and clients can confidently navigate and utilize Workday for Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management
As a Subject Matter Expert in Workday applications, you will:
- Develop and update training curriculum, materials, and classroom environments.
- Maintain and enhance online training resources for Workday users.
- Partner with Workday application teams to align training with evolving system functionality.
- Evaluate upcoming Workday updates and incorporate them into training to keep users current and effective.
What You Bring to the Role Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- 2 - 10 years of Workday training experience.
- Experience developing training with Scribe.
- Experience creating Workday training curriculum and materials.
- Experience maintaining Workday environments.
- Proficiency with technology and commonly used programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate is preferred.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories is preferred.
What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
- Create curriculum and materials for Workday training sessions.
- Prepare Workday Leads and SMEs for facilitating and teaching training sessions.
- Create and maintain online Workday training resources.
- Enroll users in Workday training sessions.
- Provide Workday support to staff.
- Coordinate training sessions.
- Facilitate and teach Workday training sessions.
- Comply with organizational and Information Services policies and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $69,000 - $116,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
