Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, and SCM) to lead the design, governance, and integration of enterprise applications. The role will focus on enabling seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud with external systems such as C2M, ADMS, CRM, Payroll, and Procurement, particularly within utility industry environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
  • Provide architectural governance for Oracle Cloud implementations and integrations.
  • Lead integration strategy between Oracle Fusion and systems like C2M (Customer to Meter), ADMS, CRM, Payroll, and Procurement platforms.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural blueprints.
  • Provide guidance on Oracle best practices, upgrades, and roadmap alignment.
  • Support data migration, system configuration, and interface design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM).
Strong understanding of utility industry systems and operations, especially C2M and OT systems.
Expertise in enterprise application integration patterns and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, web services).
Familiarity with platforms such as ADMS, CRM systems, and third-party payroll/procurement tools.
Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale utility transformation projects.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications
