Job Description:
Client is seeking a Systems Integrator with solid project management and planning experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Creates and manages the implementation of infrastructure for complex discretionary IT projects that impact multiple functional technology groups where conflicting priorities and objectives may exist. Determines requirements, develops the statement of work, project justification, plan, roles, responsibilities, and reporting structure. Determines knowledge and skill sets required to ensure successful project outcome; resources and requests assignment of internal staff or external contractors with required competencies. Ensures effective communication flow among business process owners, project team members, and all IT functions who participate in and who will inherit the results of the project. Develops detailed work plans, training plans, budget, issues list, and status reports related to the project. Sets frequency and type of interactions, extent of involvement of stakeholders, and the process to resolve disputes. Reports on project progress and recommends management alerts when conditions warrant and communicates those facts up the chain. Recommends process and procedures in an effort to ensure a consistent delivery of service across the organization. Helps to plan, develop, and control small to moderate project/product budgets. Familiar with Smartsheets, & Jira.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects
- At least 7 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
- At least 5 years experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
o Once a project is assigned, we review the phasing plans and preliminary schedules, then make a list of questions prior to the collaboration calls.
o Review the schedule, phasing plan, and floorplan with the JLL PM and .. Make any necessary changes to schedule.
o Submit an engagement request into the Bailiwick portal. Provide them with the schedule, marked up floorplan, and phasing plans so they can schedule a survey.
o Once survey is complete, review it with the Bailiwick PM and get a game plan together. Usually address issues with the NER, if we need to re-cable or get a new rack/locking cabinet, etc. If changes need to happen with the schedule due to any additional work, we need to get the JLL PM involved to make updates to the schedule.
o Engage all the proper internal groups to help with the project. Right now it's a Jira request for a Network Engineer, Wi-Fi Engineer, Voice Imp person, Print team. We provide all the appropriate documentation to them, ex. Floorplan, critical site information and dates.
o Update all information, including scheduled dates, in Smartsheet on a continual basis.
o Have a meeting with the PAO specialist to figure out what equipment is needed for the site. We order and track all equipment in ServiceNow and track that information in Smartsheet
o Join all project weekly construction calls for progress reports and discuss upcoming work or changes.
o Communicate changes or upcoming work with Bailiwick on a regular basis.
o Communicate changes and upcoming work with network engineers, voice team, etc
o Get RFC's done for any network work, HP mini installs, power outages, etc.
o Work with Bailiwick on network install planning, and make sure to provide them with the install instructions (usually provide them all on our installation instructions guide).
o Send out emails to the tech fulfillment and TCR team for the HP mini information install. Needs to be done before the install.
o Complete Voice Workbook and send to the voice team/Mike Henderson. Should give him plenty of time so he can do the configs.
o Coordinate with Bailiwick for configuration of any tablets/desktops and make sure we have the shipping information and timing correct.
o Make sure RFC is approved and ready for any network installation
o Work through any onsite issues, make any appropriate changes if there are issues, and communicate said changes.
o Do all the closing tasks once the project is complete. Close out Jira, update anything final in Smartsheet, close out open RFC's, make sure any equipment is sent back to the warehouse, move the project to complete in Smartsheet.
o Do the same cycle again for all projects.
