job summary:


  • New team has been created to complete onboarding of new Global Markets AITs into the overall APSE PECM portfolio.
  • This is needed for process support for the expansion of Global Markets Capacity AITs that will be supported.



    • location: Charlotte, North Carolina

    salary: $67.35 - 77.35 per hour

    work hours: 8am to 5pm

    education: Bachelors



    responsibilities:

    • BVI / Demand gathering - initial efforts to be focused on existing data and will expand to AITs for creation.
    • Focus will be primarily assisting Global Markets Production Support Capacity owners in bringing in new AITs
    • Candidate will assist with multiple applications onboarding and have a specific set of deliverables around Performance and Capacity



    qualifications:


    • Minimum experienced greater than 3-5 years of IT Capacity Management
    • Demonstrate knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of mathematical/statistical and quantitative analytics
    • Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL capacity management best practices COBIT framework.
    • The candidate will be expected to foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing.
    • Knowledge of security frameworks and vulnerability assessment
