How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead enterprise-wide IT strategy, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and digital transformation.
• Align technology initiatives with overarching business goals to improve scalability, performance, and agility.
• Mentor and manage IT leadership and technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-accountability culture.

Are You a Strategic Technology Leader?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience in enterprise-wide digital transformations and managing complex IT ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, and data governance best practices.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable to a high-growth, evolving environment with a balance of strategy and hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or legal.
• M&A and post-acquisition technology integration experience.
