We have a 6 month contract opportunity for a Epic EHR Project manager. This role is fully remote but must work CST business hours.

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in Epic EHR implementations to lead innovative pilot projects and feature rollouts within the Clinician Experience Portfolio, supporting both nursing and physician users. This role is critical to driving interoperability and integration with third-party vendors, enhancing the overall EHR user experience.

responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end project management for Epic EHR pilot implementations and new feature rollouts.
-Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including internal teams and external vendors.
-Manage complex project teams of 50+ individuals across various disciplines.
-Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, status updates, and KPI tracking.
-Develop and deliver presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
-Track and report on project metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
-Facilitate executive-level communications and decision-making support.
-Support integration of third-party vendor solutions into the Epic environment.
-Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs and workflows.
qualifications:
-5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare IT.
-Proven experience with Epic EHR implementations.
-Familiarity with Athena, Cerner, or other EHR systems is a strong plus.
-Experience with interoperability and vendor integration in healthcare settings.
-Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly for nursing and physicians.
-PMP certification required.
-Demonstrated ability to create and present executive-level presentations.
-Strong skills in tracking and managing project metrics and KPIs.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and complex project environments.
-Experience with ServiceNow or similar project tracking tools is a plus.

-Exposure to AI-driven features within the Epic ecosystem.
-Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu.
-Experience working in large healthcare systems
