Job Title: Organizational Change Management / OCM Consultant
Location: Reston, VA
Duration: 6 + Months Contract
Our client is searching for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) subject matter expert with experience leading large-scale initiatives for a Fortune 250 company with a global workforce.
Ideal qualifications include:
- Advanced degree in OCM
- Experience with top consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture etc)
- Full-time availability starting January 1, 2026
- Role based at Reston GHQ, Reston, VA
