Job Details
Must Haves
- 7+ years of technology experience as a PM
- 7 + years of experience leading and executing complex technology transformational programs across an enterprise
- Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
- Experience with a Top-3 consulting company E&Y, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG
- Experience leading large mergers, acquisitions and divestures
- 2+ years of information security experience
- Prior banking industry experience or financial services industry experience
- Responsible for the overall delivery of all the technology components/aspects of a divestiture, merger, or acquisition
- Data mapping for migration purpose
Plusses
- Process optimization and Six Sigma preferred
Day to Day:
- Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide technology initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Oversee program planning, execution, and delivery across all technology workstreams.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
- Identify and implement process optimization strategies, driving efficiency and scalability across technology operations.
- Influence across cross-functional teams and senior leadership to navigate organizational change and transformation
