Job Description:

The client is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to support its enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting complex data extract, transformation, and load (ETL) programs for an Enterprise Data Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how data should be transformed and integrated from various sources into a centralized data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust ETL workflows and complex data integrations.

  • Utilize Power BI and BigQuery for analytics and reporting.

  • Build, optimize, and manage Informatica IDMC mappings, sessions, and workflows.

  • Develop and tune Advanced SQL and PL/SQL queries for high performance.

  • Perform root cause analysis and provide effective resolutions for data issues.

  • Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into BI reporting solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.

  • Create and maintain documentation including design specs, test plans, and training guides.

  • Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Apply knowledge of data modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema), dimensional modeling, and metadata management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 6-7 years of experience with Power BI, Informatica IDMC, BigQuery, and Python.

  • Hands-on expertise in developing complex ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica.

  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS 19c.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Informatica Power Exchange/Power Center.

  • Familiarity with OLAP techniques and multidimensional data models.

  • Proficiency in other visualization tools like Tableau.

  • Exposure to Unix/Linux/Windows environments and version control systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
