Job Overview:
External Payment Services has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager (TPM). This role focuses on developing and managing projects related to new consumer-facing payments products. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end execution of projects that enable new consumer-facing payment solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project requirements and goals
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with multiple stakeholders
- Provide escalation management and resolve issues that impact delivery timelines
- Identify trade-offs and balance technical constraints with business needs
- Contribute to the design of web-based features and customer-facing interfaces
- Act as a liaison between External Payment Services and internal client teams
- Maintain high standards of software quality related to security, performance, availability, and reliability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead
- Strong technical proficiency with Linux, Java, and HTML
- Proven success in the end-to-end delivery of software products from conception to deployment
- Ability to operate on both the technical and business sides of product development
- Demonstrated experience working effectively across multiple internal teams and stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong program management and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the payments or mobile payments domain
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Product design experience focused on websites and consumer features
