Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Orange county, CA (onsite)
Experience: 15 Years Required
Description:
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Over 5+ years hands-on Windows/AD experience
- Active Directory Design/Implementation
- Office 365, VM ware
Skills and Experience:
- Deep hands-on technical experience with Windows and AD administration
- OS design, installation, configuration, and support in an Enterprise environment.
- Active Directory design, migration, reorganization (merger and acquisition type activities)
- Expert level knowledge of Office365, VMware, Hyper-V
- Working experience with O365, AD Connect, Azure AD
- Expert level knowledge of Windows Server authentication methods and integration of 3rd party applications
- Strong experience with Genesys phone systems (plus, not required)
- Hands on experience with Firewall management, Storage management
- Experience with Nimble is a plus
- OS patching analysis and execution.
- User account and authentication management.
- Capacity planning and monitoring.
- File system management
- Creation and support of backup and recovery policies.
- Scheduled task management.
- Network configurations, physical and virtual.
- Windows firewall configuration.
- Document operational processes and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Desire to learn new skills, take on new tasks as needed, and work as part of a team.
- Strong communications skills, verbal, written, and presentation.
