The Opportunity
Are you a relationship-builder with a proven track record in IT consulting sales? We're seeking a driven Senior Business Development Manager who loves the hunt to identify new opportunities, win new logos, and build lasting client partnerships.
What You'll Do
Develop strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the IT services sector Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in target organizations Identify new logos and pursue new business opportunities across our service areas Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure exceptional client solutions Stay ahead of industry trends to inform your sales strategies
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 6+ years of experience in IT consulting services sales (non-negotiable) Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinking and ability to execute complex sales plans Self-motivation and results-driven mindset Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
