Job Title: BMC Helix/Remedy Developer
Location: Dallas, Texas

BMC Helix/Remedy Developer
  • Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy applications.
  • Implement new features and enhancements.
  • Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Lead BMC Helix/AR System Remedy applications development.
  • Integrate BMC Helix/Remedy with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Customize BMC Helix/Remedy modules, workflows, and user interfaces.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Support issues related to Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard, Remedy Single Sign-On, Mid-tier, and BMC Remedy ITSM modules.
  • Configure foundation data, set up ITSM modules, manage service requests, create reconciliation jobs, and maintain CMDB health checks.
  • Create and distribute reports and dashboards.
  • Resolve issues within defined SLAs and engage with BMC for complex problems.
  • Write direct SQL queries and report data.
  • Solid background in IT service management, CMDB knowledge across various vendors.
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification or higher.
  • Webservices, REST API, scripting, and integrations experience.
  • Deep understanding of BMC Remedy, AR System, and BMC Helix platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMC Remedy development and administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in BMC Remedy AR System, BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, and related tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and web services (SOAP/REST).
