Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Engineering Lead (UKG Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
- Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in UKG functional experience in products/modules - Time and Attendance is required and advanced level of proficiency with hands on experience in Time and Attendance is required. Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor, Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Oracle HCM Staffing , EZCall, and Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations with Advanced proficiency are suggested.
- Experience with Test Assure and/or any automation tool Develop and implement innovative testing strategies to enhance quality processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies Lead and mentor quality engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables Analyze and optimize testing metrics to improve overall testing efficiency
- Team player/Individual Contributor Advanced proficiency in UKG functional experience in products/modules - Time and Attendance is required and advanced level of proficiency with hands on experience in Time and Attendance is required.
