SharePoint Developer with Strong Migration and Upgradation Exp.

Role Overview:
The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert-level technical support during the migration of SharePoint applications from version SP2010 to SP2013, as well as ensuring the integration of Multi-Factor Authentication and adherence to organizational standards across these applications. A collaborative approach with the Performance Engineering team and Web & Infrastructure Technology divisions will be crucial in defining optimal deployment structures. The role involves leading and participating actively in troubleshooting as well as strategic response to live operational challenges.

Educational and Professional Prerequisites:
- Mandatory possession of a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ideal candidates will possess an advanced degree, although significant relevant experience and achievements may be considered as equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years direct involvement in both SharePoint development and .NET framework including proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and REST, WCF technologies.
- Requirement of 5 years familiarity with the enumerated Technologies/Methodologies:
* Mastery over SharePoint Designer Workflows, Visual Studio Workflows, InfoPath.
* Skilled use of JQuery, AJAX, REST, CSOM, JSOM, Master Pages, Page Layouts.
* Expertise in Branding, HTML, CSS.
* Solid experience in SharePoint (2010 and 2013) Custom Solution Development including Farm, Sandbox solutions, SharePoint Web Parts, Application Pages, Event Receivers.
* Proficiency in ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, PowerShell, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server (versions 2008, 2012, 2014), coupled with well-honed Debugging and
Troubleshooting skills.
- Predilection for candidates with experience in Active Directory, ADFS 3.0, Azure Active Directory, Integration with RSA.
- The role may necessitate minimal travel, not exceeding 10%.
