Job Details

Tech Lead (Multiple Openings):
With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the
following: Analyze business requirements and system enhancements; translate functional needs
into technical specifications, use case models, and test scenarios. Drive backlog prioritization
using VersionOne; participate in journey and story mapping sessions to decompose epics into
actionable user stories aligned with sprint goals. Interface with Product Owners, Business
Analysts, UX Designers, QA, and Engineering teams to define feature scope, align on
implementation strategy, and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Design scalable and maintainable
solutions leveraging Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, PL/SQL, and middleware
components; provide architectural input for system modernization. Lead development of critical
components, guide code implementation, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure delivery
of high-quality, production-ready code. Orchestrate build and release processes; certify
deliverables through smoke/sanity tests, coordinate environment readiness, and mitigate
deployment risks in multi-tier applications. Onboard and mentor developers, enforce coding
standards, lead code reviews, and facilitate domain knowledge transfer sessions for sustained
team capability growth. Provide L2/L3 support for production incidents (P3 and above); perform
impact analysis and resolution of critical defects with thorough documentation for support
handoff. Conduct technical walkthroughs with clients, lead requirement validation sessions, and
obtain approvals for business and technical deliverables. Customize and integrate third-party
software packages; validate configurations in client environments, execute unit/integration tests,
and manage end-to-end packaging lifecycle.
Requirements: Bachelor s Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electrical & Electronics
Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer
Science & Engineering or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in job offered or as a
Software Developer, Technical Leader, Team Leader, Senior Software Engineer , Software
Developer. . Required experience must include experience in Java, RESTful Web Services,
JBoss Drools, Servlets, Struts, Spring framework (MVC, JDBC), Jenkins, Github, Version One,
Splunk, HTML CSS, Bootstrap, IBM DB2, Gitbash. Requires relocation to unanticipated client
sites throughout the United States.
