Description
We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Davenport, Iowa. This Contract-to-Hire position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare organization by providing technical support and ensuring operational efficiency. As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance, supporting departmental goals, and enhancing the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor and analyze departmental processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
Assist in training new and existing staff on technical procedures and system competencies.
Manage service desk tickets by documenting, tracking, and resolving them in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to escalate concerns about compliance, safety, or client satisfaction.
Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and solve problems while maintaining departmental integrity.
Ensure adherence to safety policies and guidelines in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Support organizational initiatives and contribute to creating a culture of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving technical issues.
Basic troubleshooting knowledge for hardware, software, and network systems.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk operations.
Ability to monitor and improve processes using critical thinking and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Knowledge of safety policies and compliance regulations.
Capability to train and support staff in technical competencies.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to organizational goals.
