We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in full stack development, particularly in Web/UI technologies such as Angular and React. In this role, you will consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact, contributing to strategic planning and execution across large-scale projects.
You will collaborate closely with client personnel to analyze and resolve multi-faceted challenges, requiring a deep understanding of software engineering principles, compliance requirements, and agile methodologies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in full stack development, particularly in Web/UI technologies such as Angular and React. In this role, you will consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact, contributing to strategic planning and execution across large-scale projects.
You will collaborate closely with client personnel to analyze and resolve multi-faceted challenges, requiring a deep understanding of software engineering principles, compliance requirements, and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to full stack development efforts, with a focus on modern web technologies.
- Analyze and resolve complex software engineering challenges involving distributed systems and large-scale applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Participate in strategic planning and consult on initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in development practices and tooling.
- 7+ years of experience in full stack software engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of UI development experience with Angular and/or React.
- 5+ years of experience with SDLC tools including GitHub, Maven, Harness, UDeploy, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in Core Java development.
- 5+ years working with distributed server platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with relational databases.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Familiarity with OpenShift (OCP) cloud environments.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
