Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of security agents across systems.
- Resolve technical issues related to the deployment or health of security agents in collaboration with system owners.
- Provide support to internal teams to address issues with security agents.
- Contribute to the tuning of false positives/negatives and the development of configured security policies.
- Update security agents to address functional bugs and coordinate change requests.
- Operate security processes related to security agent deployments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting endpoint security agents.
- System administration skills with working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following solutions: Crowdstrike EDR, Proofpoint DLP, ThreatLocker.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to correlate multiple sources of data and perform host or network-based log analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with peers and technology partners.
- Optional experience with BigFix or other deployment mechanisms or platforms is a plus.
