Compensation
Pay Range:$32.36-$47.60 per hour

Description
Responsible for developing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing key functionalities within a cloud-based enterprise system.
Possess technical development experience within a platform, understanding of laboratory processes and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Position allows for 100% remote work with up to 10% travel as needed.
Must be available during normal business hours in the Eastern and Central US time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure frontend and backend solutions to automate scientific and technical processes.
Modify existing code using scripting languages and libraries following industry best practices.
Create scientific reports using reporting tools.
Gather and analyze requirements to translate them into functional requirements.
Document system configurations and changes for reference and compliance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and test technical solutions individually and as part of a team.
Provide support and training to staff on system usage and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or greater degree in a STEM-related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in development using scripting and/or programming languages.
Minimum 3 years of experience with relational databases and reporting tools.
Experience with system integration techniques including APIs and web services.
Professional experience with a bug/issue tracking system.
Understanding of software design controls and SDLC.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
