Job Summary

Nueve Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst II Salesforce Administrator to support Salesforce environments for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). This role requires strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, data migration expertise, CI/CD knowledge, integration skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Candidate must be able to work in Agile environments and support production systems as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and maintain multiple Salesforce orgs, including security, automations, and environment setup.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

  • Perform data migrations, data quality checks, and work with AppExchange and 3rd-party integrations.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines and version control using tools such as Flosum.

  • Troubleshoot complex system issues across production and non-production environments.

  • Collaborate with development teams on enhancements and participate in Agile/Scrum activities.

  • Provide on-call support when required.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (org management, security, configuration).

  • Strong experience with SDLC processes, change control, and CI/CD tools.

  • 10+ years of experience in data migrations, integrations, and AppExchange product support.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software and system issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, or Jitterbit.

  • Understanding of oAuth and web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).

  • Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.

  • Knowledge of declarative Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
