Job Description
Conviso Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow SME with deep expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow PPM modules in complex enterprise environments.

Candidate with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow PPM solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow PPM, providing guidance on best practices, process improvements, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow PPM modules.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow PPM applications, including Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management.
- Integrate ServiceNow PPM with other enterprise systems as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow and 3+ years specifically in ServiceNow PPM.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow PPM modules (Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio).
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, and related ServiceNow modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
