Job Title: SAP SD Functional Consultant

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)**

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution processes within SAP. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in driving SAP SD solution design, configuration, and implementation, along with excellent client-facing and communication skills. This role requires onsite presence in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) solution design, configuration, and implementation.

  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Configure core SD components including:

    • Sales Order Management

    • Pricing & Discounts

    • Delivery & Shipment Processing

    • Billing & Invoicing

    • Credit Management

  • Manage integration with other modules such as MM, FICO, PP, and TM.

  • Support SAP SD processes throughout the project lifecycle including testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and post-production.

  • Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, customizations, and interface development.

  • Prepare detailed documentation, training materials, and facilitate user training sessions.

  • Provide ongoing support and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.

  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.

  • Experience configuring pricing procedures, billing, and shipping processes.

  • In-depth understanding of master data (Customer, Material, Pricing Conditions).

  • Experience in S/4HANA environment preferred.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with business stakeholders.

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with SAP IS-Oil downstream processes.

  • Working knowledge of Fiori apps, E-Invoicing, or SAP BTP.

  • Prior experience collaborating with offshore teams.
