Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support financial engineering applications and services.
- Address defects and technical debts to uphold software development best practices.
- Write clean, robust code, backed by automated tests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration across various layers of the infrastructure.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades and the adoption of new technologies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience in Python and/or Java.
- 3+ years of experience with OOP design and coding.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science.
- Experience with AWS and SQL.
- Proven ability to work with business users to collect and implement requirements.
- Experience in the Agile development process.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SQL Server and other database technologies.
- Knowledge of fixed income finance.
- Experience in financial modeling.
- Strong testing skills, including unit, integration, regression, and performance testing.
