Project Manager Level 2 (HR/labor scheduling system)

Contract - Remote (local to OH)

  • Interview: 1 2 rounds with hiring manager
  • Prescreening: 5 automated questions + game assessment


Core Purpose of the Role

Lead the end-to-end modernization of labor forecasting software a critical system upgrade designed to:

  • Improve forecasting accuracy and detail (granularity)

  • Use AI and machine learning to reduce human error in labor estimates

  • Integrate new labor standards, labor modeling, and labor forecasting modules

  1. 3rd-party software implementation

    • Especially HR & labor scheduling systems

    • Vendor management experience is critical

  2. Executive-level communication & program tracking

    • Stakeholder visibility

    • Risk management

    • Executive updates/reporting

  3. Project plan creation & alignment

    • Maintaining detailed project roadmaps

    • Coordinating multiple dependencies
