Core Purpose of the Role
Lead the end-to-end modernization of labor forecasting software a critical system upgrade designed to:
Improve forecasting accuracy and detail (granularity)
Use AI and machine learning to reduce human error in labor estimates
Integrate new labor standards, labor modeling, and labor forecasting modules

3rd-party software implementation
Especially HR & labor scheduling systems
Vendor management experience is critical
Executive-level communication & program tracking
Stakeholder visibility
Risk management
Executive updates/reporting
Project plan creation & alignment
Maintaining detailed project roadmaps
Coordinating multiple dependencies

Serve as technology project manager for this modernization effort
Coordinate across product, business, and engineering teams
Foster alignment and collaboration
Track and escalate risks/issues
Maintain stakeholder reporting and recommend plan adjustments
