The role supports a large environment across ITSM/ITOM/CSM and related modules, ensuring stable operations, high-quality enhancements, compliant upgrades, and well-governed designs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degreein Computer Science/Engineering/IT (or related).
10+ yearsoverall IT withat least 5+ yearshands-onServiceNow development/O&Min large environments (preferably Federal).
Strong JavaScript/Glide, configuration, and data skills:Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Catalog/Flows, ACL/RBAC.
Proven experience withService PortalandService Operations Workspaceconfiguration.
Integrations:REST/SOAP,MID Server, OAuth; ability to supportSailPoint, JIRA, UpStartintegrations.
Upgrades/clones experience withATFregression and change governance.
Excellent communication; ability to present impacts, risks, and options to business/technical stakeholders.
Federal O&Mexperience (production sustainment + upgrades + CAB).
Portal + Workspacedelivery and at least oneintegration(REST + MID).
20% architectureexposure (HLD/LLD, reviews, guardrails).
Certifications:
CSA/CADminimum; CTA preferred.
Residency Requirements:- Must be in USA for 3 + years to get public trust
