Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Research Analyst to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in analytics and market research to drive data-driven decision-making and develop effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
Analyze data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn to assess campaign performance.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace.
Utilize CRM tools to track customer engagement and improve marketing outreach.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
Support the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance marketing efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analysis or a related field.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Insights.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their application in marketing.
Experience with budget management and campaign planning.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
Familiarity with competitor analysis techniques and market research methods.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
