Grow your career as a Data Governance Analyst with an innovative global bank working in Irving, TX. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of Information Security experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills.
- Data driven and results-oriented.
- Professional, customer-service oriented.
- Information Security/ ITIL Certifications.
- Knowledge of company processes and tools like Archer, Cognos, CSI, Business View.
- Manage the monthly data protection encryption metrics by researching and analyzing data.
- Support reconciliation efforts to update monthly compliance reports using various internal applications.
- Understanding of Compliance Management and Risk & Governance as part of Log Analysis/Reviews/Monitoring.
- Creating process documentation like Process control manuals, process maps/flow charts, BRDs.
- Maintain compliance monitoring activities in Excel spreadsheet for audit deliverables.
- Handling Incident and Problem management. Identifying Root cause (RCA) , corrective (CA) and (PA) for the issues.
- Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Work with various groups to identify process gaps and develop training material for internal businesses.
