Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads and manages a team of IT project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth of team members.
- Oversees multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, resource optimization, and adherence to project management best practices.
- Develops and maintains project management standards, methodologies, and tools, promoting consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Counsels with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring a clear understanding and mutual agreement on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitors and manages project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Provides strategic guidance and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment, and ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary skills and resources.
- Drives stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring timely and transparent reporting on project status, risks, and issues, and facilitating effective decision-making.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging knowledge sharing of lessons learned and best practices among project managers and team members, and implementing process improvements to enhance project management effectiveness.
- Directs team to identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and coordinates the implementation of risk mitigation strategies, escalation procedures, and contingency plans.

- 7+ years of prior relevant work experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
