UI Integration Engineer (Need 12+ Years of Exp)

Job Title: UI Integration Engr

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6Months

Need 12+ Years Profiles only

We are looking for a frontend integration engineer interested in:

• Solving technical challenges e.g. scalability, reliability and performance
• Collaboration with UI Engineering team to integrate Agent Assist UI Modules into enterprise customers Agent Desktop (frontend UI system).
• Bringing customers challenges first hand to the UI Engineering team to improve on the product feature.
• Authoring UI integration playbook to scale for more integration needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job:
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with frontend development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js
• Familiarity with web standards and web security including iFrames, browser contexts, CORS, XSS, etc.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 5 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, and/or API development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:
• Salesforce SFDC development background.
• Canvas app (familiarity with adding canvas applications to SalesForce).
• Familiarity with integrating with other Agent Desktop applications: Genesys WWE, Genesys Cloud, Zendesk, Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Five9, Twilio.
• Familiarity with Web Components and/or frontend frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• The will and ability to learn are the key.
