TEKsystems is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Green Bay. This role is hybrid and contract-to-hire, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT by responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
- Review service desk ticket queues, document support and diagnostic activities, and escalate issues as required.
- Promote cross-team relationships with other IT support team members to facilitate timely responses and resolutions.
- Monitor progress and keep customers informed while providing excellent customer service.
- Provide general remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, handheld scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Provide general remote support for all IT-approved software applications.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Provide detailed personal advice and guidance to all users in the effective use of systems, products, and services available to them.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Provide in-person support, with occasional travel to other offices and plants located in Wisconsin
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT service desk or help desk role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and provide clear explanations.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and Intune is preferred, as the role will involve managing user accounts and mobile devices.
- Experience with PC imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware.
- An associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but the focus is on relevant work experience rather than educational background.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, as many of the plant workers have Spanish as their first language.
