Job Details
We are seeking an SAP CRM Consultant with 7+ years of overall experience (minimum 3 years relevant) in SAP CRM Sales & Service. The candidate should have 8-10 years total work experience, including at least 1-2 full-cycle implementation projects, preferably involving ECC-ServiceMax integration.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP CRM Sales & Service processes, including end-to-end sales order management, pricing, billing, and various sales scenarios.

Work on SAP CRM-ECC integration, covering Business Partner, Product Master, and Install Base.

Perform middleware troubleshooting and support data replication issues.

Support SAP SD & LE processes; exposure to delivery management and STO processing is preferred.

Work on service processes, including Service Parts Integration, Complaints & Returns, and Equipment Life Cycle (ELC).

Utilize tools such as Solution Manager, Issue Management tools, and HP Quality Center for defect and test management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead small teams in implementation projects.
Required Skills:

Strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM, SAP SD, and SAP LE.

Ability to lead and manage tasks within implementation and support environments.
