Job Description:
Join our team in Westchester County, NY, as a full-time Technology Support Engineer.
This onsite role involves supporting employees and clients with technology issues, managing IT systems, and providing training.
Candidates should have experience with both MacOS and Windows OS environments and be comfortable with various technology platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-notch technology support to employees and clients, adhering to established methodologies and standards.
Log IT engagements into a ticketing system for effective demand and performance reporting.
Travel to branch offices within the eastern region as needed.
Serve as the primary support for technology issues and requests for local employees.
Conduct troubleshooting for WiFi, network, hardware, software, and audiovisual equipment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in an end-user facing IT support role in a fast-paced or client-facing environment.
Ability to drive to the corporate office as needed using personal transportation.
Experience with MacOS and Windows OS.
Strong ability to manage challenging, rapid-response user support situations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
